We help girls prepare for emotionally healthy lives. We help girls enhance their emotional health, manage life's challenges, and learn about themselves. We also offer guidance for parents, teachers and peers, including boys. We do this with in-person classes, at our locations and in schools. Becoming more emotionally resilient and flexible not only helps girls, strong girls help us all. Being a girl can get tricky at any age, but 10-18 is a uniquely challenging time. To help, Ophelia’s Place offers girls the support they need to build resiliency, find their voices, and discover their strength. Many of our resources are free and online, but if you’re in Oregon, you may also find OP in your school or in your community. OP takes a holistic approach of exploration, discovery, learning and support to help girls become the person they know they are and want to be. Offerings include: After & Out-of-School Programs, School Partnerships, Therapy, and Training for Advocates.
